English, IELTS and SAT Preparation in Azerbaijan
Private online preparation for people who need English for a specific result — an IELTS score, the SAT, stronger academic performance or more confident communication at work.
Sessions are delivered online and individually. We work with students and professionals in Baku and elsewhere in Azerbaijan.
Start with what you actually need to do.
Someone preparing for IELTS has a different problem from a student working towards the SAT. A manager leading meetings in English does not need the same programme as an international-school student who is struggling with mathematics.
That is why our work does not begin with a generic course level. It begins with the result, situation or score that matters to you.
We assess the starting point, identify what is getting in the way and build the work around those priorities. The format is private and online, so class time can be spent on the areas that need attention rather than following the pace of a group.
Preparation built around a clear outcome
The right route depends on whether the immediate challenge is an exam, academic work or professional communication.
Private IELTS Preparation
Prepare for the score you need rather than simply completing another general IELTS course. Work can focus on Writing, Speaking, Reading, Listening, timing, test strategy or a combination of skills.
SAT Preparation
Individual preparation for students working towards a competitive SAT score. Sessions can address both Reading and Writing and Math, with practice shaped by the student’s current performance and target.
Focused SAT Math Preparation
For students who do not need a full SAT programme but are losing points in Math. We identify the recurring errors, rebuild weak areas and practise applying the concepts under Digital SAT conditions.
Business English for International Work
Private coaching for professionals who already know English but need to use it more effectively in meetings, presentations, negotiations and conversations with international colleagues or clients.
Academic support for students studying in English
Studying mathematics or another academic subject in English adds a second challenge: students have to understand both the content and the language used to explain it.
We work with students in international education who need targeted support rather than another broad after-school course. Depending on the student, that may mean closing gaps in mathematics, preparing for the SAT or becoming more precise when working through academic material in English.
International-school academic supportThe work may involve
- Mathematics taught and discussed in English
- SAT and SAT Math preparation
- Identifying gaps before they become larger
- Academic vocabulary and question interpretation
- Individual practice outside the pace of a class
A group course has to teach the group.
That works well when several students have similar needs. It becomes less efficient when one person has a very specific weakness, deadline or score target.
A candidate may already have strong IELTS Reading but repeatedly miss the required Writing band. An SAT student may be comfortable with algebra but lose points because of data analysis and timing. A senior professional may speak English fluently but become hesitant when challenged during a meeting.
Those are different problems. They should not automatically receive the same programme.
Private work allows us to change the emphasis.
- More time on recurring weaknesses
- Less time on material already mastered
- Practice based on the actual objective
- Direct correction and feedback
- A pace that can change as performance changes
Knowing English and operating in English are not quite the same thing.
For professionals working across countries, the difficulty is often not basic grammar. It is having to explain a position clearly, respond without overthinking, disagree appropriately or make a complicated point concise enough for a meeting.
This is particularly relevant when English is the shared language between people who have different first languages. The objective is not to imitate a particular accent. It is to make your communication clear, deliberate and easy to follow.
Business English coaching can therefore be built around the situations you actually face: presentations, negotiations, meetings, client conversations and communication with international teams.

Before deciding what to study, we need to understand the gap between where you are now and what you are trying to achieve.
Understand the goal
We establish the exam score, academic need or professional situation you are preparing for.
Assess the starting point
We look at current performance and identify the weaknesses that are actually limiting progress.
Set the priorities
The programme is organised around the areas with the greatest effect on the result you need.
Practise and adjust
Sessions, practice and feedback evolve as weak areas improve and new priorities become visible.
Different people. Different reasons for needing English.
Exam candidates
IELTS candidates and SAT students who have a defined score objective and need structured, individual preparation.
International-school students
Students who need focused academic support, particularly where mathematics, test preparation and English-medium education overlap.
Professionals
Managers, specialists and other professionals who use English with international colleagues, clients or business partners.
Private online preparation, wherever you are based
LBE School does not operate a physical language centre in Baku. Our preparation is delivered online, which allows students and professionals in Azerbaijan to work privately without travelling to a classroom or joining a fixed local group schedule.
If you are in Baku or elsewhere in Azerbaijan, the first question is therefore not which classroom is closest. It is whether the programme fits the result you need, your current level and the time available to reach it.
Before you get started
Are the lessons available to students in Baku?
Yes. All preparation is delivered online, so we can work privately with students and professionals in Baku and elsewhere in Azerbaijan. LBE School is not a physical language centre in Baku.
Do you offer private IELTS preparation?
Yes. IELTS preparation is individual and can be organised around your current performance, target band and strongest and weakest skills. The programme may cover all four sections or concentrate more heavily on the areas holding your score back.
Can I prepare for the Digital SAT online?
Yes. SAT preparation is delivered online and can cover Reading and Writing, Math, strategy, timing and the recurring question types that are costing you points.
Can I work only on SAT Math?
Yes. Students who are already performing well in Reading and Writing can focus specifically on SAT Math. We first identify where points are being lost and then concentrate practice on those areas.
Do you work with international-school students?
Yes. Academic support is available for students studying in international education, particularly when they need individual help with mathematics, SAT preparation or academic work carried out in English.
Is Business English suitable for senior professionals?
It can be. For experienced professionals, the work is usually less about general English and more about how they communicate in real professional situations: meetings, presentations, negotiations, explanations and conversations with international stakeholders.
How do I know which programme I need?
Start by explaining your objective, current situation and any deadline you are working towards. From there, we can determine whether an assessment is appropriate and which type of preparation makes sense.
